Estate Snapper (“the Service,” “we,” “us”) is operated by CK Property Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms apply to everyone who uses the Service: sale operators and their teammates who sign in (“operators”), and shoppers who browse a public sale page or buy an item online (“buyers”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the teammates they invite and for what those teammates do in the workspace.
The Service offers a Basic trial, Standard and Pro subscriptions, and a Pay-per-sale unlock for a single sale. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from Settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Usage in a workspace is billed to the workspace owner. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the Service — including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy and showing it on sale pages you publish. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
Item identifications, prices, shipping estimates, and listing copy are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are suggestions, not appraisals or professional valuations. Operators are responsible for checking them and for every price and description they publish.
Do not use the Service to sell illegal, stolen, recalled, or prohibited items; to mislead buyers; to infringe anyone's rights; or to disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Some features connect to services we do not control, such as eBay and Stripe. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Some sale pages let buyers purchase items online before or during a sale. When you buy an item this way:
Operators who sell online agree to honor every paid order, deliver or make items available for pickup as described, refund buyers for items they cannot provide, and handle their own taxes and Stripe account obligations.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CK Property Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or sales. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Amounts buyers pay to operators are not paid to us.
You can stop using the Service or close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute with us will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
