What counts as an analysis?
Each item you photograph and submit for AI identification counts as one analysis. Multiple angles of the same item — front, back, maker’s marks — count as one analysis, not several. Re-editing or re-pricing an already-analyzed item is free.
How the AI cost works
- Free trial, Pay-per-sale, and Standard all run on the platform Anthropic key — we cover the AI cost.
- Pro uses your own Anthropic key — you cover the AI cost (typically a few cents per item). Add your key in Settings after sign-up.
- Real-time web pricing and eBay sold listings are included on every tier at no extra cost.

What is the free trial?
Every account gets 30 item analyses included, no credit card. Use them across as many sales as you like — they're lifetime, not monthly. Once they're spent, you can subscribe or buy a pay-per-sale unlock to continue.
Pay-per-sale vs subscription — which should I pick?
Pay-per-sale ($29) is best if you have one specific sale and won't need the app afterward (e.g. a homeowner clearing out a family estate). Subscription ($19+/mo) is better if you run sales regularly — you'll save money after the second sale per month.
What if my pay-per-sale event hits the 200-item cap?
You can buy another pay-per-sale unlock for a new Collection, or subscribe to Standard ($19/mo) which lifts the cap to 100 per month across all your sales.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes — Stripe pro-rates automatically.
What does Pro offer above and beyond Standard?
Pro gives you unlimited monthly analyses on your own Anthropic key, plus two Pro-only tools: image background removal, and the ability to re-price an item a second time by providing additional context.
